But we managed to enjoy the day anyway.
A lot of coffee has been consumed this week. And a whole lot of tissues have been used.
But when daddy got home...all was well.
Caroline did a great job carefully painting some Christmas tiles...a Pinterest project.

Emily's painting could be considered more of an abstract artwork.
The Hobbs arrive tomorrow! We can't wait...it's finally beginning to feel like Christmas!
