Do you have a jack?

This past Thursday night Justin and Maggie made a trip to Arkansas to surprise Brad! I knew they were coming and we pulled it off without him having a clue. It was so awesome to see his reaction (Justin has it on video) when he realized they were here. It was fun- Justin and Maggie texted as they pulled up to our house late Thursday night while Ben had called to occupy Brad so that I could run outside for a few minutes to "collect the toys before it rained" :) I came back in and mumbled something to Brad along the lines of "Some young guy is out there with a flat tire and asked if we had a jack. Do you have a jack to help him fix his car?" Brad got up, headed outside and asked what was going on and when he got right up close to Justin and Mag's they turned around and shocked him! It was awesome!! We had a great visit with these precious newlyweds. We miss hanging out with them and enjoying life together so much. We were in Georgia just a few weeks ago celebrating their wedding and are so thankful that they took the time out of their busy schedules to come see our family. We are so excited for them as they begin this new chapter in their lives- new marriage, new house, new jobs, and we are praying for new "newlywed" friends to come along and bless them as they begin this journey through life together. They are such a blessing to us. The girls loved having them around- and they were such troopers helping me with the girls (even when Emily was pitching some serious fits). They are going to make amazing parents one day...we can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for them.

We have a busy couple of weeks ahead with even more visitors coming our way. Tuesday my parents arrive, Wednesday the Uhras family from Sweden arrive, and hopefully next Sunday my parents and our crew (minus Brad) will be headed to the beach. I know I will have a lot of catching up to do on our blog so hang with me!
